of associate and to further the professional image of Chinese-Americans
who are engaged in the field of real estate.
History of CAREA
Association Profile
The Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) is a non-profit
tax-exempt 501(c)(6) organization established to promote the social
and economic well-being and further the professional image of Chinese-Americans
who are engaged in the field of real estate. CAREA's mission includes
instilling higher business standards and methods, encouraging cooperation,
and sharing services, encompassing not only real estate licensees,
but also affiliates such as escrow or title officers, underwriters,
lenders, insurance brokers, and interior and construction design professionals.
