Garlock, President and Founder of William Garlock brings over 30 years of experience in real estate development and finance.  He shared his stories about his acquisitions of commercial properties in San Francisco .  He stated that this is a great time to buy residential properties because you can actually cash flow now.

 

Coco Tan of BayCal financial shared her success stories on Loan Modifications.  She had successfully closed 12 short sales in the last year.
