Sophie is consistently recognized as top one percent agent, leading 100 in the Bay Area, a successful entrepreneur with growing mindset and a seasoned angel investor. Sophie has helped over 670 families on their real estate investments and has closed over $750 million in transactions.

Dexter Lat started investing in real estate in 2000, and by 2006 he became a partner in Platinum Group Realty in Fremont. Two years later, he opened his own real estate brokerage, RE/MAX One Alliance in Newark and became a part of the RE/MAX network. In 2013 he opened another Real Estate Brokerage, Realty World One Alliance inside Newark Mall. Dexter has always been fascinated with Real Estate and is passionate about helping families with Real Estate. He uses his experience in finance and accounting to further strengthen his practice in real estate.

Dexter was the 2013-2014 President of CAREA, and currently serves on the CAREA board.
