Wilson Chai is a Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at Bank of America. He has been with the bank since 2004. Wilson is a highly-experienced mortgage banker and has always been a top originator in the nation. He has completed more than 2,000 mortgage transactions in his career.
Prior to Bank of America, Wilson was an independent financial consultant for several automotive and telecommunication companies. He was also a member of a professional Porsche race team which successfully competed in the 2004 Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car championship series.
Earlier in his career, Wilson was Vice President, Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised the bank’s S&P 500 clients on IPO, equity private placement, and merger and acquisition transactions. He was also part of the integration team for several Wells Fargo acquisitions.
Wilson was an accountant with Arthur Andersen from 1990 to 1993. He has a Master Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University. He also earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
Michele is a seasoned real estate specialist in the Bay Area helping investors analyze and select suitable real estate investments for their portfolio. She is experienced in private equity and has helped many California investors and landlords double, triple, and sometimes quadruple their rental incomes through the 1031 exchange. Michele received her MBA from UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business in June 2016, and her emphasis on Commercial and Residential Real Estate has fortified the connections she maintains with leading developers and long-time real estate investors.
In addition to possessing a network of key players in the regional market, Michele has the ability to traverse cultural and linguistic lines. Michele’s capacity to capture the local Chinese-speaking and international Chinese community marks her as a powerful figure in both the Northern and Southern California real estate industry. Michele’s unparalleled client service and proven marketing strategies have made her a strong asset to numerous developers and their multi-million dollar projects around the world. She creates seamless transaction processes from beginning—curated selections of properties catered towards client’s needs—to the end of escrow. Michele has been published multiple times in Inman News, the leader in real estate industry news and technology, and interviewed for the 2015 National Association of Realtors conference in San Diego for her expertise in foreign national acquisitions in the real estate industry. Now she continues to service her clients in both the Silicon Valley Bay Area, as well as the Orange County arena in Southern California. Michele is also a Founder of the Santa Clara County Landlords Mastermind with over 500 members.
Genzo Sekine is the Managing Partner at Prosper Development Partners, a commercial development firm specializing in small to mid-size developments in the San Francisco bay area. Concurrently, he is the Executive Vice President at Trilink Partners, a residential developer based out of Los Altos, CA. Genzo’s main focus and expertise is in real estate development and real estate finance.
Prior to that Genzo was the CFO/COO for Synergy California Green Hospitality Regional Center, an USCIS designated regional center focused on bringing international financing to domestic real estate projects. He was instrumental in developing various mixed-use development projects and hospitality projects.
Genzo’s prior experience also includes various accounting and financial assurance positions at Ernst and Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers focusing on hospitality and real estate. He has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University and a BS degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Yuan-Sing Chang has been in commercial real estate starting from 2001 and started out with BT Commercial specializing in retail and office leasing/sales in the Bay Area. Yuan is also a LEED accredited professional and was involved with the first LEED certified hotel in California. Yuan has represented many tenants including: Red Ribbon Bakery, Taste of China, Randstadt , Kumon, Foxconn, Boiling Point, Kimco, Hilton Garden, Holiday Inn, and many others. Yuan was also the president for CAREA (Chinese American Real Estate Association). Yuan is affiliated with Loopnet and Costar. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Dexter was born in Philippines. In 1985, his family traveled to the United States of America for new opportunities. His family traveled around the U.S. and finally settled in Fremont in 1986.
He attended San Jose State University and majored in Business with a concentration in Finance. In 1998, Dexter started his career in Oakland for The Clorox Company as an accountant and later became a financial analyst. He then moved to E-tek / JDS Uniphase in San Jose as Revenue & Sales Analyst and eventually became a Controller for a small product division within JDS Uniphase.
In 2000, Dexter started investing in real estate, and by 2006 he became a partner in Platinum Group Realty in Fremont. Two years later, he opened his own real estate brokerage, RE/MAX One Alliance in Newark and became a part of the RE/MAX network which has grown to nearly 90,000 agents in more than 85 countries. In 2013 he opened another Real Estate Brokerage, Realty World One Alliance inside Newpark Mall. Dexter has always been fascinated with Real Estate and is passionate about helping families with Real Estate. He uses his experience in finance and accounting to further strengthen his practice in real estate.
Dexter has served in many real estate associations. With The Bay East Association of Realtors, he served in The Members Benefits Council, and he chaired the Diversity Task Force. In 2005, Dexter co-founded the Alameda Chapter of The Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association (FAREPA). He was the first president of the association in Alameda. In 2008, Dexter chaired the steering committee for the second Bay Area Multicultural Real Estate Summit (BAMCRES). BAMCRES included seventeen professional real estate associations in the bay area. He also serves as an officer of the Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA). In 2013, Dexter became the president of CAREA.

Jennifer Chen was born and raised in Taiwan. Jennifer received her college education in the United States earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. Upon gaining experience and knowledge during her real estate career as a licensed sales agent, Jennifer then obtained her real estate broker’s license and mortgage license. For the past 30 years, Jennifer has worked in the real estate industry in one way or another. In addition to representing sellers and buyers of real estate, Jennifer also has extensive knowledge and experience in property management, landlord/tenant related issues, loan industry, residential and commercial development, raw land acquisition and tentative map entitlement work. However, Jennifer’s real estate Speciality is taking value add property and completely turning it around into a profitable and marketable piece of real estate; during this process she takes a previously distressed commercial property, improves and updates the structure, then procures and leases to solid tenants. Her distressed projects include single family homes, multi-family properties, residential development land, commercial strip centers, enclosed malls and high-rise office buildings. She also does extensive volunteer work, including but not limited to organizations such as Joint Alumni Association of Chinese University and College, she has been the chairperson of the Double 10 Flag Raising Ceremony Committee and past president and member of San Mateo Metro Lion Club and current President of San Francisco Taiwan Club and Vice president of Silicon Valley Chinese Technology & Business Association.
Mark Zhang is a highly motivated real estate professional who is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of his real estate clients. Eunice Chan have sold multiple new home communities for America’s Luxury Home Builder – Toll Brothers – Managing the sales of single-family homes, townhomes, condos in San Ramon, Danville, Sunnyvale, San Jose and Fremont ranging from $800,000 to over $3.5 million in price. Currently selling at Metro Crossing (a master plan community with over 600 condos) in Fremont. Annual sales volume averaged consistently over $45 million.
Previously, Eunice has been involved in the rezoning, development, marketing & leasing of Asian shopping centers – Milpitas Square – anchored by Ranch 99 and Mayflower Restaurant, leasing & marketing for Cupertino Village – anchored by Ranch 99. At the same time, helped clients with 1031 exchanges and sold commercial retail centers and single tenant/NNN properties such as IHOP, Applebee’s, Walgreen, Rite Aids, Jack in the Box etc. On the development side, Eunice has been involved in partnerships in development of small single-family homes project and townhome project in Milpitas and Fremont prior to joining Toll Brothers.
Eunice graduated from University of Oregon with an MBA degree in Marketing, go Ducks ! She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Eunice is now a proud grandmother of a lovely grandson (Lucas) who will be turning 1 year old in August!
