Bay Area Development Panel Discussion and Luncheon

Join us for a city development panel and luncheon on March 16th, 2023 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at the Silicon Valley Capital Club located at 50 W San Fernando St #1700, San Jose, CA 95113. This event, hosted by CAREA, will bring together planning department representatives from Walnut Creek, Milpitas, San Mateo, and East Palo Alto for an informative discussion on their respective cities’ future plans.

The panelists will each give a short presentation on topics such as COVID-19 interruptions and the rising interest rate environment to their city’s development projects, affordable housing requirements, favorable policies worth mentioning for development, and any special taxes or assessments.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the future of city development in the Bay Area and to network with other professionals in the industry. We have limited seating available, please be sure to reserve your spot early.

The event charges are $30 (please use the access code 0085 ) for CAREA members and $60 for non-members. Please note that payment is required in advance to secure your spot.

The Silicon Valley Capital Club has an underground parking garage available for attendees. The parking fee is maxed at $24 and is not validated by the Club unless for club members. The dress code for this event is smart casual.
